Every pencil sold by Elm Street Pencil Co. is an original vintage item. We do not sell reproductions. Each listing includes the approximate date of manufacture and provenance information based on our research and sourcing.
If you have questions about a specific item's authenticity before purchasing, please contact us — we're happy to provide additional photos or documentation.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives in a condition that does not match its listing description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — either through a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Please note: because these are vintage collectibles, minor age-related characteristics (light patina, slight lacquer variation) are normal and are not grounds for return unless they were not disclosed in the listing.
Damaged in Transit
If your pencil arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
